All claims must be presented within 48 hours of receipt. We exercise utmost care in processing all items entrusted to us. We follow all care label instructions. We are not responsible for garments that are incorrectly labeled. Those items should be returned to the origin of purchase. We are very careful not to damage zippers, belts, buckles, beading, sequence, ornaments, and buttons. We are not responsible for such items that are not soluble in dry cleaning solvent. We are not responsible for elastic and garments bonded together with adhesives. We cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses of or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing. Laundered Shirts certain elements of the fabric such as color loss, size of shirt, damage to the fabric, trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, belts, snaps, sequins, spandex, or damage to tender or weak fabric cannot be placed on the machinery and must be hand pressed. Shirts are inspected prior to cleaning and charged the standard dry-cleaning price to ensure the fabric and quality of pressing are satisfactory. We offer the option of signing a waiver for all shirts to be laundered at the owner’s risk for any damage incurred during the cleaning process. In case of fire or theft, claims will not be honored without a claim ticket.
